It was quite impressive to watch someone work who knows exactly what they are doing and exactly how to solve your problems, because quite honestly, they were very extensive. I just walked in the next morning and the computers and printers were all working and all technical problems we had with software conflicts between the systems were solved - and an added bonus - Our office is now completely wireless thanks to Long Island Web Design Diva - now how cool is that!
